摘    要:目的 观察支气管哮喘患者血清中胸腺基质淋巴生成素(TSLP)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的表达水平及其临床意义.方法 选择健康对照组25例、哮喘急性发作组30例及哮喘缓解组25例,分别采集各组患者静脉血,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清TSLP,ECP浓度,进行统计学处理并分析相关性.结果 哮喘组血清中TSLP,ECP表达水平明显高于对照组,急性发作期明显高于缓解期(P均<0.05).且哮喘患者血清TSLP,ECP表达成显著相关(r=0.795,P<0.01).结论 血清TSLP,ECP表达水平与气道炎症有密切关系,可反映哮喘患者疾病的严重程度,有助于哮喘发病炎症机制的研究.

Abstract:Objective To detect the serum levels of thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP) and eosinophil catioqic protein (ECP) ,and to explore its correlation with disease activity in asthmatic patients. Methods Fifty-five patients with asthma were divided into acute attack stage( n = 30 ) and remission stage ( n = 25 ) group, and 25 heahhy people were chosen as the control group. The blood of patients in each group were collected and the serum TSLP,ECP levels were measured by enzyme link immunoabsorbent assay{ ELISA). Results The asthmatic patients,compared with the controls,had a significant increase in the serum levels of TSLP and ECP( P 〈 0.05 ). And the serum TSLP, ECP levels of acute attack stage were obviously higher than those in the remission stage(P 〈 0.05). There was significantly positive correlation between serum TSLP and ECP( r = 0. 795 ,P 〈 0.01 ) in asthma patients. Conclusion The data suggests that the serum TSLP and ECP levels play important roles in the formation of air way inflammation,and may reflect the intensity of the asthnm,and may be useful in the research of inflammatory mechanisms of asthma.
