| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针对老年带状疱疹(HZ)患者免疫功能的影响。方法:对照组23例用泛昔洛韦、甲钴胺、维生素B1等治疗,治疗组在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加用电针治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者血清中LgE水平降低、IL-12水平升高(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组更明显(P<0.01)。结论:IgE和IL-12水平随病情好转而有降低或升高的趋势,提示电针对老年带状疱疹患者免疫功能有调节作用。
