IL-23在鼻息肉组织中的表达及其与嗜酸性粒细胞浸润的关系

摘    要:目的 观察IL-23在鼻息肉(NP)组织中的表达及在鼻息肉发病机制中的作用.方法 选择鼻息肉患者手术切除标本30例(观察组)、同期行单纯鼻中隔手术的下鼻甲黏膜10例(对照组),采用免疫组化法检测IL-23的表达情况,HE染色检测嗜酸性粒细胞数.采用SPSS17.0统计软件分析指标与鼻息肉病理特征之间的关系.结果 观察组IL-23阳性细胞数、嗜酸性粒细胞数均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),且IL-23的表达与嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润一致.结论 IL-23在鼻息肉组织中的离表达及与嗜酸性粒细胞的关系与鼻息肉的发生和发展关系密切.

Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of IL-23 and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of nasal polyp. Methods Thilly samples of nasal polyps obtained from patients underwent nasal polypectomy were chosen as study group,and 10 samples of inferior lurbinate tissues obtained from patients underwent nasal septal reconstruction were as the control group. The expression of IL-23 in these tissues was detec, ted with immunohistochemistry method and the number of eosinophils were counted in HE slice. SPSS17.0 was used to perform the statistical analysis. Results The number of eosinophils and the expression level of IL-23 in nasal polyps were significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). IL-23 expression was positively correlated with the recruitment of eosinophils in nasal polyps. Conclusion The high expression level of IL-23 and the suggested role of IL-23 in the recruitment of eosinophils may contribute to the initiation and progression of nasal polyps.
