64层螺旋CT诊断主动脉壁间血肿的价值

目的探讨64层螺旋CT主动脉壁间血肿的诊断价值。方法对16例经64层螺旋CT扫描证实为主动脉壁间血肿患者影像表现进行回顾性分析。结果16例均可见主动脉管腔扩张,管壁呈新月形或环形增厚,管腔未见受压变形。主动脉内膜完整,未见内膜破口。最大密度投影重建显示主动脉管腔增宽,边缘光滑,管壁内血肿未见增强;多平面重建显示胸主动脉管壁上有局限性溃疡样病变形成。结论CT是诊断主动脉壁间血肿的有效检查手段。

The Value of 64-slice Spiral CT in Diagnosing the Aortic Intramural Hematoma

Objective To discuss the value of 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosing the aortic intramural hematoma. Methods Imagings were retrospectively analyzed on 16 cases with aortic intramural hematoma finally diagnosed by 64-slice spiral CT scan. Results Several manifestations were seen in all the eases, such as dilated aortic lumina, crescent-shaped or ring shaped thickening of tubal wall without compression and deformity of lumina,integrated aortic endothelium without broken. MIP reconstruction showed widened aortic lumen, smooth edge, intramural hematoma without reinforcement. MPR recon- struction of thoracic aortic wall showed the formation of local ulcer-like lesion. Conclusion CT is effective method to diagnose aortic intramural hematoma.
