腹腔镜与经腹部子宫肌瘤剔除术临床疗效比较

目的比较腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术与经腹部子宫肌瘤剔除术临床效果。方法将要求行子宫肌瘤剥除术的患者分为腹腔镜手术组(研究组)25例和经腹手术组(对照组)19例,比较两组术中、术后情况。结果研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛用药、术后住院时间,术后排气时间,发热例数与对照组比较显著减少(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术比经腹腔子宫肌瘤剔除术的手术效果好,其手术创伤小,术后并发症少,康复快,是一种值得推广应用的微创术式。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopy myomectomy versus by abdominal myomectomy

Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopy myomectomy and by abdominal myomectomy.Methods 25 cases treated by laparoscopy myomectomy were analyzed as the study group and 19 cases treated by abdominal myomectomy during the same period were selected as the controll group in my hospital effects of operation and recovery of 2 groups were compared.Results There were significantly shorter on the mean blood lose during operation,the mean the recovery time of bowel function,and fever cases were shorter than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy myomectomy can be performed in selected patients with minimumoperative injury,low complications and good short-time effect compared with a bdominal myomectomy.
