| 摘 要： | 本文对３０例重型颅脑外伤患者检测了红细胞免疫功能和ＮＫ细胞活性。结果证明，伤后红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＣ３ｂＲＲ）及红细胞免疫促进百分率（ＲＦＥＲ）和ＮＫ细胞活性均明显降低，红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＩＣＲ）和红细胞免疫抑制百分率（ＲＦＩＲ）明显升高；且ＲＣ３ｂＲＲ与ＲＦＥＲ及ＮＫ活性是明显正相关，与ＲＩＣＲ及ＲＦＩＲ呈明显负相关。并讨论了红细胞免疫调节因子对红细胞免疫功能的影响，以及红细胞免疫功能变化与ＮＫ活性之间的关系。

| Abstract: | The parameters of RBC immune function and activation of NK cell were measured in 30 patients with severe head injury. The result showed that RC3bRR and RFER and activation of NK cell were significantly lower in the patients than those in normal subjects (control group), RICR and RFIR were ramarkably higher in the patients than those in control. A positive correlation between RC3 bRRwith RFER and activation of NK cell was showed, whereas the relation between RC3bRR with RICR and RFIR was significantly negative,The influence of RBC immune regulative factors to the RBC immune and the relation between the changes of RBC immune function and activation of NK cell are discussed. |
