哮喘患者外周血转录因子Foxp3 mRNA表达水平及临床意义

目的:探讨哮喘患者外周血叉头翼状螺旋转录因子3(Foxp3)mRNA表达水平及临床意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测63例哮喘患者和40例正常对照组外周血中转录因子Foxp3mRNA表达水平。结果:哮喘组患者外周血Foxp3mRNA表达水平(0.32±0.13)较对照组(1.15±0.31)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性发作期患者外周血Foxp3mR-NA表达水平(0.22±0.06)较非急性发作期患者(0.47±0.15)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性发作期重度患者外周血Foxp3mRNA表达水平(0.18±0.04)较对照组(0.29±0.07)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘患者外周血中转录因子Foxp3mRNA表达水平明显降低且与疾病分期及病情严重程度密切相关,Foxp3可能参与了哮喘发病过程。

Clinical significance of expression of Foxp3 mRNA in patients with asthma

Objective:To explore the expression of Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood from patients with asthma and its clinical significance.Methods:63 patients with asthma and 40 controls were enrolled.The expressions of Foxp3 mRNA were analyzed by real-time PCR.Results:The mRNA levels of Foxp3 in peripheral blood from patients with asthma(0.32±0.13) were significantly decreased.There were significantly different between the experimental group and control group(1.15±0.31)(P <0.05).The mRNA levels of Foxp3 in in peripheral blood from patients during acute phase(.22±0.06) were in patients during chronic phase(0.47±0.15).The mRNA levels of Foxp3 in severe group(0.18±0.04) were significantly decreased.There were significantly different between the severe group and slight,moderate group(0.29±0.07)(P <0.05).Conclusion:The mRNA levels of Foxp3 in peripheral blood from patients with asthma are significantly decreased and have association with disease stages and disease severity.Foxp3 may participate in the development of asthma.
