复方丁香罗勒及蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻病疗效对比分析

摘    要:目的:观察复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液及蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻病的临床疗效。方法:307例急性腹泻病患儿,随机分为治疗组150例,对照组157例。在常规抗感染对症治疗的基础上,治疗组采用复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗,对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,72h观察疗效。结果:大便次数恢复正常率治疗组为95.33%,对照组为91.72%,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。大便性状恢复正常率治疗组为91.33%,对照组为70.06%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。无不良反应发生。结论:复方丁香罗勒口服混悬液治疗小儿急性腹泻病效果较好。

Abstract:Objective:To contrast the therapeutic effects Smectite Powder and Compound Basil Oral Sus-pension for Acute Diarrheal Diseases of Children.Methods:307cases of acute diarrhea in child patients were random-ly(coin toss)divided into two groups,treatment group with 150Patients and the control group with 157patients.On the basis of treatment of conventional anti-infection,the treatment group was treated with Compound Basil Oral Suspension and the control group was treated with Smectite Powder.After 72hours effects were observed.Results: The rate of stool frequency returned to normal of treatment group was 95.33%and of the control group was 91.06%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The rate of stool shape returned to normal of treatment group was 91.33%and of the control group was 70.06%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than that in the control group.There was no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Compound Basil Oral Suspen-sion is more effective than Smectite Powder for the Children with Acute Diarrheal Diseases.
