糖尿病性肾病与糖尿病性骨质疏松症微血管病变的研究

我国社会人口老龄化程度日益加重，患糖尿病的中老年人数逐年增加，严重降低了患者的生活质量，增加了经济负担。糖尿病性肾病是严重的糖尿病慢性并发症，可引发终末期肾病。微血管病变是公认的糖尿病肾病发展过程中的关键因素，近年来的国内外研究发现骨质疏松症也与微血管病变有着千丝万缕的联系。临床研究亦发现，糖尿病性肾病多合并骨质疏松症，故本文拟从微血管病变探索糖尿病性肾病和糖尿病性骨质疏松症的内在联系，从而有助于阐明二者之间的分子学机理，为糖尿病性骨质疏松症的防治提供新思路。

Study on the Microvascular Disease of Diabetic Nephropathy and Diabetic Osteoporosis

The aging of our society is becoming more and more serious, and the number of middle-aged and elderly people suffering from diabetes is increasing year by year, which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients and increases the economic burden. Diabetic Kidney Disease is a serious chronic complication of diabetes, which can cause end-stage renal disease. Microangiopathy is recognized as a key factor in the development of diabetic nephropathy. Recent studies at home and abroad have found that osteoporosis is also inextricably linked with microvascular disease. Clinical research have also found that diabetic nephropathy is often complicated with osteoporosis. Therefore, exploring the internal relationship between DKD and DOP from microangiopathy is helpful to clarify the molecular mechanism between them and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of DOP.
