姜黄素的免疫调节作用及其肿瘤免疫治疗的研究进展

As one of the most promising research directions in the field of tumor therapy, tumor immunotherapy mainly includes adoptive cell therapy, immunomodulatory therapy, tumor vaccine therapy, molecular targeted therapy, etc. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, which mainly exerts its antitumor effect by inhibiting cell proliferation, inducing cell apoptosis, and inhibiting tumor invasion. In the field of immunotherapy, Curcumin achieves anti-tumor effect by regulating the expression and activity of the body''s innate immune system, acquired immune system, and tumor-related molecules, and is used in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors and other tumor immunotherapy methods for tumor immunotherapy. This paper summarizes the immunomodulatory effect of curcumin and its research progress in tumor immunotherapy.
