摘    要:外泌体具有进行细胞间物质交换进而达到信息交流的功能。其在临床疾病的诊疗中具备极其重要的价值。现在,外泌体已经被视为极为重要的一种细胞间信息交流方式,也作为许多临床疾病诊疗的生物标志物。由于不同细胞来源的外泌体具备不同的生物学功能,而骨细胞来源的外泌体具有调控成骨细胞、破骨细胞及骨髓间充质干细胞增殖分化及成熟的功能,以此来调控骨吸收及骨形成;最新研究发现,外泌体在骨质疏松症的诊断、治疗及预测其预后方面有极高的应用价值。本文就骨来源的外泌体在骨质疏松中的相关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Exosomes have the function of intercellular material exchange to achieve information exchange. It is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases. Now, exosomes have been regarded as a very important way to communicate information between cells, and also as a biomarker for many clinical diseases. Exosomes from different cell sources have different functions, and exosomes from bone cells have the functions of regulating the proliferation, differentiation and maturation of osteoblasts, osteoclasts and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, so as to regulate the bone absorption and bone formation. Recent studies have found that exosomes are of great value in the diagnosis, treatment and prediction of the prognosis of osteoporosis. This paper reviews the research progress of exosomes derived from bone in osteoporosis.
