| Abstract: | The author introduced the main measures of refined medical management,such as shifts duty system of severe and intractable cases by division of medical affairs,nursing department and the functional authority departments,so as to supervise the quality of care in all domains every week.It was important to find out unsafe factors potentially and decrease the medical risks,make sure the patients＇ safety. |
