摘    要:目的:探讨肝硬化患者凝血与纤溶活化功能变化与肝功能损害程序及预后的关系,结果:肝硬化患者存在不同程度的凝血功能障碍以及纤溶活化状态,APTT,PT,Fbg,D-二聚体值与对照组比较,差异具显著意义,不同肝功能分级检测结果显示B,C级中APTT,PT,Fbg值与A比较差异有非常显著意义,结论:肝硬化患者APTT及PT可延长,D-二聚体含量增高,而Fbg含量降低,并且与疾病程度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective This paper is to probe the relationship of the changes of coagulation and fibrinolytic function to the degrees of hepatic insufficiency and prognosis of the patients with hepatocirrhosis Method 56 patients with hepatocirrhosis in different course of the disease were collected as samples and 20 healthy people were chosen as control The data including partial thromboplastin time test (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (Fbg) and the content of D dimer were measured Result The coagulation insufficiency and fibrinolytic activation existed in various degrees of all patients with hepatocirrhosis There were remarkably significant differences between the two groups with comparison of the values of APTT, PT, Fbg and D-dimer The values of APTT, PT and Fbg from grade B and C were significantly different with those data from grade A according to the grades of liver function Conclusion PT and APTT prolonged and the content of D-dimer increased, however, the content of Fbg decreased in the patients with hepatocirrhosis These data were highly relative to the degrees of the disease
