| 摘 要： | 目的分析CD44v5在卵巢肿瘤中的表达与肿瘤临床病理的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测CD44v5在20例卵巢上皮良性肿瘤及41例卵巢癌中的表达。结果CD44v5在卵巢癌中的表达率明显高于卵巢上皮良性肿瘤(P<0.01)。伴淋巴转移者CD44v5表达率与表达强度高于无淋巴转移者(P<0.01),卵巢癌Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者CD44v5表达率、表达强度高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05)。结论检测CD44v5在卵巢癌中的表达,对评价卵巢癌的恶性程度、转移及预后具有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to analyze the relationship between the expression of CD44v5 and clinical pathology in ovarian tumor.Methods The expression of CD44v5 from 41 cases of ovarian cancers and 20 cases of ovarian epithelial benign tumors was measured by immunohistochemical S-P method.Results The expression rate of CD44v5 in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in epithelial benign tumors(P<0.01).The expression rate and intensity of CD44v5 in patients with tumor lymphoid metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymphoid metastasis(P<0.01).The rate and intensity in ovarian cancer in Ⅲ～Ⅳ stage were significantly higher than those in Ⅰ～Ⅱ stage(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to measure the expression of CD44v5 in ovarian cancer for evaluating the malignant degree,metastasis and prognosis of the cancer. |
