| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液透析患者焦虑和抑郁的发生情况。方法选择84例尿毒症血液透析患者,采用焦虑自评量表（Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS）和抑郁自评量表（Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS）评估。结果84例血液透析患者中发生焦虑55例,占65%,发生抑郁73例,占87%。不同年龄段的患者焦虑总粗分、抑郁严重指数差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中年组和老年组患者焦虑和抑郁程度较青年组严重（P〈0.05）。结论血液透析患者的焦虑和抑郁的发生率较高,尤其是中、老年患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the incidence of anxiety and depression on the patients with hemodialysis.Methods Data from Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale of 84 patients with hemodialysis were analyzed.Results Among of 65%(55/84) of patients was anxiety and 87%(73/84) of patients was depression.Raw score of anxiety and the severity index of de-pression were significantly different(P<0.05) in different ages of the patients.The extent of anxiety and depression were more serious in the mid... |
