| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的麻醉管理和麻醉治疗.方法对26例并发ARDS的手术病人的麻醉进行回顾,分析其术中血气、PaO2/FiO2的变化.结果本组所有ARDS患者手术均顺利完成,无一例术中死亡.其中3例在机械通气期间出现过呼酸,2例出现肺气压伤.结论运用整体的观念治疗ARDS,正确使用呼气末正压通气法及容许性高碳酸血症通气治疗是术中治疗ARDS的有效措施.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate anesthesia and treatmention of acute respiratory distress syndrome in operation.Methods Twenty six patients with ARDS were studied retrospectively and their ABG,PaO 2/FiO 2 were reanalyzed to show the relationship of anesthesia and treatment.Results In this group, all the patients underwent operation successfully and no one died .Three of them had respiratory acidosis and two had lung barotraumas during mechanical ventilation.Conclusions Treating the body as whole,correct application of positive end expiratory pressure and permissive hypercapnia are effective methods to treat ARDS in operation |
