扬州市参保女职工生殖健康普查情况调查与分析

目的了解扬州市参加生育保险女职工生殖健康状况,并提出相应健康促进建议。方法 2012年1月1日-2012年6月30日对6122名参保女职工进行体检。结果 6122名妇女妇科疾病患病率为16.40%,且以子宫平滑肌瘤患病率最高,占10.29%（630/6122）;乳房疾病患病率为27.76%,以乳腺增生患病率最高,占27.57%（1688/6122）。结论生殖系统疾病和乳腺疾病是影响育龄妇女健康的首要问题,必须重视妇科相关疾病普查,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,从而降低生殖道感染发生率,以提高女职工们的生命质量。

Investigation and Analysis on the Reproductive Health Status of Female Worker Who Participate in the Birth Insurance in Yangzhou

Objective To understand the reproductive health status of women who participate in the birth insurance in Yangzhou,and make the corresponding suggestion for health promotion.Methods The reproductive health survey data of 6122 women in Yangzhou was analyzed.Results 6122 women in Yangzhou were investigated and the result showed the prevalence rate of the gynecologic disease was 16.40%,and the highest rates was myoma of uterus.The rate of breast disease was 27.76%,and the highest rates was hyperplasia of mammary glands.Conclusion The first issue of fertile woman is reproductive system disease and breast disease.So we must attach importance to gynecological disease census work to improve the quality of life of the female worker.
