近端防旋髓内钉在治疗老年股骨转子间骨折中的应用

目的观察老年股骨转子间骨折患者应用近端防旋髓内钉固定的临床效果。方法选取我科2008年8月至2010年5月治疗的老年股骨转子间骨折患者56例分成2组,治疗组28例采用近端防旋髓内钉固定的治疗方法,对照组28例采用近端解剖型锁定钢板(PFLAP)固定,比较各组治疗优良率和预后。结果治疗组的优良率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(92.9%vs.78.6%,P<0.05),且治疗组愈合良好,未发生固定物松脱和感染等并发症。结论采用近端防旋髓内钉固定老年股骨转子间骨折,容易操作,愈合较快,疗效确切,感染等并发症少

Proximal Anti-rotation Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Senile Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective To observe the clinical effect of anti-rotation senile intertrochanteric fractures in patients with proximal intramedullary nailing.Method 56 cases from August 2008 to 2010 May the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture patients were divided into two groups,treatment group,28 cases with proximal intramedullary nailing treatment of anti-rotation method,control group of 28 cases with proximal anatomic locking plate（PFLAP） fixed comparison of group therapy excellent rate and prognosis.Results Excellent rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（92.9% vs.78.6%,P0.05）,and the treatment group healed well,implant loosening and infection complications did not occur.Conclusion The proximal anti-rotation intramedullary nailing elderly intertrochanteric fractures,easy to operate,heal faster,efficacy,fewer infections and other complications.
