化学性烧伤后干眼症51例临床分析

目的探讨化学性烧伤后发生干眼症的主要原因。方法选择2005年1月至2008年12月期间,我院眼科眼化学性烧伤导致干眼症51例临床患者,探讨致病原因并进行临床资料分析总结。结果51例患者都具有干眼症状,BUT≤10 s患者51例,Schirmer Ⅰ test≤10 mm/5 min患者39例;角膜染色（FL）阳性患者47例,其中角膜染色评分0~3分有32例,达到4~6分有13例,达到6~12分6例;于下睑缘处可见泪河线基本正常患者6眼,泪河线窄于0.3 mill患者45眼。结论眼化学性烧伤后干眼症的发生率明显升高,在治疗过程中注意避免对眼表的二次损伤。

Analysis on 51 cases of dry eye after chemical burn

Objective To discuss the main causes of dry eye after chemical burn.Methods To explore the causes and analyze the clinical data of 51 cases of dry eye after chemical burn in our hospital during the years from January 2005 to December 2008.Results All the 51 cases have dry eye syndrome,BUT≤10s 51 cases,Schirmer Ⅰ test≤10mm/5min 39 cases.Among the 51 cases,there are 32 cases which have Fluorescein stain score from 0 to 3 grade.There are 13 cases which have Fluorescein stain score from 4 to 6 grade.There are 6 cases which have Fluorescein stain score from 6 to 12 grade.Among the 51 cases,there are 6 eyes which have normal tear meniscus and there are 45 eyes which tear meniscus low to 0.3mm.Conclusion Ocular chemical burns significantly increased the incidence of dry eye syndrome.In the course of treatment,we should avoid the secondary eyes harm.
