摘    要:目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在病理性瘢痕中的表达及意义.方法:对58例病理性瘢痕手术切除标本采用免疫组化方法.结果:MMP-1、TIMP-1、PCNA在病理性瘢痕中呈阳性表达.结论:病理性瘢痕中细外基质合成增加为成纤维细胞过度增殖所致;病理性瘢痕形成与MMP-1、TIMP-1相互作用失衡有关.

Abstract:Objective To study the significance of expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) ,Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) and Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in abnormal scar. Methods The tissue of abnormal scar was obtained from 58 patients who were underwent surgery . The polyclone antibodies of anti-MMP-1,anti-TIMP-1 and the single-clone antibodies of anti-PCNA were used to performed immunohistochemical staining(SABC method ). Results There are obvious difference about the positive rate of MMP-1,TIMP-1 and PCNA among abnormal scar and normotrophic scar,normal skin respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of abnormal scar formation is correlate with the imbalance of regulation among MMP-1,TIMP-1.
