液基细胞学和常规宫颈涂片在宫颈癌筛查中的意义

摘    要:目的:探讨液基细胞学和常规宫颈涂片在宫颈癌筛查中的意义。方法:对攀枝花市妇幼保健院2008年3月~2009年1月收治的有临床症状的已婚妇女做液基细胞学(573例)和常规宫颈涂片(765例)检查,细胞学诊断采用TBS标准,并且以组织学活检作对照。结果:液基细胞学标本制作不满意率明显低于常规宫颈涂片(χ2=42.36,P〈0.001);液基细胞学阳性检出率明显高于常规宫颈涂片(χ2=25.75,P〈0.001);两组与病理检查结果的符合率并无明显差异。结论:液基细胞学标本制作不满意率低、阳性检出率高,是较好的宫颈癌筛查方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the significance of liquid based cytology and routine cervical smear in the screening of cervical cancer. Methods: From March 2008 to January 2009 in MCH hospital of panzhihua,thc married woman of clinical symptoms were tested by liquid based cytology (573 cases) and routine cervical smear (765 cases), and diagnosed with TBS standard. The positive results were compared with those of histology biopsy. Results: The dissatisfactory rate of |iquid based cytology specimens was significantly lower than that of routine cervical smear (χ2=42.36,P〈0.001), the positive rate of liquid based cytology was significantly higher than that of routine cervical smear (χ2=25.75 ,P〈0.001), the two groups with the results of pathological examination, there was no significant difference in rate. Conclusion: Liquid based cytology specimen is not satisfied with the low rate of positive detection rate, is a better method of cervical cancer screening.
