多排CT定位配合氩氦刀经皮穿刺治疗肺癌的应用

目的：探讨多排CT（以下简称CT）定位在氩氦刀经皮穿刺治疗肺癌过程的正确方法及应用。方法：对肺癌患者,在CT的引导下准确定位,经皮穿刺行氩氦刀冷冻治疗。结果：35例肺癌患者共计43处病灶均在CT准确的引导下成功地完成氩氦刀冷冻治疗。术后冷冻区的CT值较术前平均下降30－50Hu。结论：使用CT引导氩氦刀治疗可准确确定肿瘤的位置及与周围组织的关系,方便选定体表进针点、准确测出进针角度及深度,术中可实时观察冰球及CT值的变化判断疗效。

The application of multi-slice CT location with cryocare in treating with lung cancer by percutaneous

Objective：To investigate the accurate method and application of multi-slice CT（Hereinafter referred to as CT） location with argon-helium cryoablation in treating patients with lung cancers by percutaneous.Methods：Patients with lung cancer were treated by CT location with cryocareby by percutaneous Results：35 cases of lung cancer lesions in 43 all completed by CT location with argon-helium cryoablation therapy successfully.The CT values of postoperative decreased 30-50 Hu compared with preoperative.Conclusion：The use of CT location with argon-helium cryoablation can determine the relationship between the tumor location and the surrounding tissues accurately,select the entry point of body surface facilitatelly,measure the angle and depth of needle accurately,judge the efficacy by observing changing of CT value and ice hockey.
