盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷农药中毒临床疗效分析

目的:观察盐酸戊乙奎醚与阿托品治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法:将48例急性有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。治疗组采用盐酸戊乙奎醚联用氯解磷定治疗,对照组采用阿托品联用氯解磷定治疗,对两组的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果:治疗组胆碱酯酶恢复到正常的时间明显少于对照组,中毒症状消失时间、用药次数、住院天数也明显小于对照组(P<0.05);两组的治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚是治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的新型药物,疗效优于阿托品,值得在基层医院推广。

Analysis on curative effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride against AOPP(acute organophosphates pesticides poisoning)

Objective To observe the clinical effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine against AOPP.Methods 48 patients of AOPP are divided into the treatment group and the control group,24 patients in each group.The treatment group are treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride in combination with pralidoxime chloride,while the control group are treated with atropine in combination with pralidoxime chloride.Comparative analysis is carried out on the clinical effects of both groups.Results Both the recovering time of cholinesterase and the disappearing time of the poisoning symptoms of the treatment group are obviously shorter than those of the control group;the dosing times and inpatient days are also obviously fewer than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride,a new kind of medicine that cures AOPP,with better curative effect than atropine,is worth promoting in primary-level hospitals.
