网络成瘾对大学生心理健康水平的影响

目的了解网络成瘾者互联网使用方式的特点以及网络成瘾对大学生心理健康的影响,为防制大学生网络成瘾提供科学依据。方法以1 784名本科生为被试,采用网络成瘾问卷、感觉寻求问卷、症状自评量表为研究工具进行问卷调查。结果大学生网络成瘾检出率为7%,低年级男生是网络成瘾的高发人群;网络成瘾大学生的网络使用时间缺少规律性,时间总量多、花费高;网络成瘾大学生在强迫、抑郁、人际敏感、睡眠和饮食4个指标上已经呈阳性反应,并具有更高的去抑制化程度。结论网络成瘾对大学生心理健康有很大影响,高校应指导大学生正确、适度上网。

Effect of Internet Addiction Disorder on Mental Health of College Students

Objective To study characters of internet use and the impact on mental health among internet addiction disorder(IAD) patients,and to provide evidence for the prevention against IDD.Methods A total of 1 784 students were chosen randomly and interviewed with the Questionnaire on IAD,SCL-90 and Sensation Seeking Scale(SSS-V).Results The total prevalence rate of IAD was 7% and male students in low grade was the high prevalence population.IAD patients spent more time and money on internet.Positive response was found in the factors of obsessive compulsive,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,sleeping and eating,furthermore,they had higher disinhibition.Conclusion IAD have great impact on college students' mental health,so we should induce them using internet correctly.
