上海市外来流动人口肠道线虫感染现状调查

摘    要:目的 ] 了解上海市外来流动人口肠道线虫感染现状。  方法 ] 应用改良加藤厚涂片法对上海市闵行、宝山、浦东及崇明等 4个区县 2 383名外来流动人口进行粪检。  结果 ]  2 383名流动人口中肠道线虫感染者 40 5例 ,总感染率为 17.0 0 %。共查见肠道线虫 3种 ,其感染率分别为蛔虫 8.10 %、鞭虫 8.0 6%和钩虫 0 .84%。 96.37%的感染者属轻、中度感染 ;1人感染 2种寄生虫者占总感染人数的 8.5 8%。男、女人群 3种线虫感染率间差别均无显著性 ( χ2 =0 .0 4~ 3.5 7,其P值均 >0 .0 5 ) ;不同年龄组感染率间差异有极显著性 ( χ2 =33.0 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,其中 5~ 9岁组感染率为最高 ( 2 3.18% )。在校学生与散居儿童肠道线虫感染率分别为 2 1.5 2 %和 2 3.17% ,两者间差别无显著性 ( χ2 =0 .19,P >0 .0 5 )。  结论 ] 上海市外来流动人口的肠道线虫感染率高于本地人口的感染率 ,其中少年儿童的肠道线虫感染偏高 ,应列为本市对外来人员防治肠道线虫感染的重点人群

Abstract:To survey the current status of intestinal nematode infection of exocomers in Shanghai. 2383 stool samples of exocomers from Minhang,Baoshan,Pudong and Chongming districts or counties where the migratory labors were clustered, were detected by Kato-Katz. The overall infection rate of intestinal nematodes was 17.00%(405/2383). Among the 3 major species of nematodes detected the infection rates of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura and hookworm was 8.10%,8.06% and 0.84% respectively. 96% cases of them contracted light, moderate infection based on fecal egg count. Two-parasitism accounted for 8.58% of all infection of exocomers. Difference was non significant in the infection rates of 3 species of nematodes between male and female (χ 2=0.04~3.57, P>0.05). The difference of the infection rates among different age groups was significant (χ 2=33.05, P< 0.001 ). Infection rate was the highest in age group of 5~9 years (23.18%). Difference in the infection rates between school-age children (21.52%) and scatter children (23.17%) was non significant (χ 2=0.19, P>0.05). Conclusion] The intestinal nematode infection of exocomer is higher than that of local residents in Shanghai. Children and juveniles are most readily affected. A suggestion was thus made that parasitic disease control in Shanghai should be concentrated on children and juveniles among exocomer.
