河南省新型农村合作医疗试点县村级卫生服务组织现状分析

目的为了科学合理地配置村级卫生资源，使新型农村合作医疗试点顺利开展，在河南省新型农村合作医疗试点县开展了村卫生室卫生资源拥有量和利用率调查和分析。方法通过报表收集试点县村卫生室卫生资源拥有量和利用率资料。结果试点县村卫生室所有制形式多样化。平均每千人口拥有乡村医生1．04人，每所村卫生室拥有听诊器1．76件，血压计1．59件，消毒锅1.10件，拥有药品276．46种。平均每所村卫生室赢利3810元。结论试点县村卫生室设备、药品充分。能够开展基本医疗服务，但是千人口拥有乡村医生人力不足。

Actuality Analysis of the Village - class Health Service Organization in Experimental Counties of the New Rural Cooperative Medical system in Henan Province

In order to allocate the health resources of village level scientifically and reasonably and run the new rural cooperative medical system successfully, the paper investigated and analyzed the quantity and utilization of village clinic's health resources in the experimental county of new rural cooperative medical system. The results showed that the forms of ownership system of village clinic were diversification. The numbers of village doctors per thousand people were 1.14, and there were 1.76 stethoscopes, 1.59 sphygmomanometers, 1.10 autoclaves, 276.46 drugs per village clinic. The annual profit per clinic was $3810. So, the medical equipment and drug of the village clinic in experimental counties were efficiency and could provide primary medical service, but the number of village doctors per thousand people was deficiency.
