| 摘 要： | 自20世纪60年代以来，全胃肠外营养已得到了极大的发展。然而长期全胃肠外营养所致并发症亦越来越受到人们的关注。本文就其所致肠道通透性的改变及其可能的发病机制和当前的一些研究进展作一综述。
