| 摘 要： | 目的：研究动脉灌注疗法在子宫颈癌综合治疗中的应用价值。方法：对３６例子宫颈癌患者进行选择性子宫动脉插管（ＴＡＩ），经导管灌注ＣＤＤＰ ６０～１００ｍｇ，ＡＤＭ４０ｍｇ，ＭＭＣ １０～２０ｍｇ。ＴＡＩ后１９例行广泛性子宫切除术，１７例采用放射线治疗。结果：ＴＡＩ疗效，ＣＲ８．３２％，ＰＲ６９．４％，ＮＣ２２．２％。放疗组总有效率为８２．３４％。无严重并发症。结论：ＴＡＩ结合放疗或手术可提高宫颈癌的治

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of TAI in comprehensive treutment of cervical cancerMethods:36 cases were performed with intraarterial chemothemotherapy before operation or radiation,and evaluated the efficacy of this therapyThe dosages used were 60~100 mg of CDDP,40 mg of ADM,10~20 mg of MMCAfter TAI,19 cases were treated with operation and 17 cases with radiationResult:After TAI,stage reduction was achieved in all cases except eightNo serious complications were encouteredConclusion:This study indicates that intraaterial chemothemotherapy is highly effective and should be combined with operation or radiation |
