| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不典型冠状动脉夹层造影表现。方法回顾性会析曾被误诊为正常的19例不典型冠状动脉造影患者的表现。结果19例患者均在显影晚期见冠状动脉腔内对比剂"滞留影",仅1例表现为典型冠状动脉管腔内见"线状透亮影"。结论对于不典型的冠状动脉夹层,应全面分析造影征象,显影晚期对比剂"滞留影"的出现对诊断不典型冠状动脉夹层有非常重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss atypical angiographic manifestations of coronary artery dissection. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on 19 cases with atypical imaging of coronary angiography who were misdiagnosed as normal. Results All the cases had stagnation imaging of contrast agent in coronary artery lumina in the advanced imaging stage,only one case has typical imaging of ＂ linear lucent shadow＂ in coronary artery lumina. Conclusion Imaging sign should be muti-analyzed in patients with atypical coronary astery dissection, stagnation imaging in advanced imaging stage is significant in diagnosing atypical coronary artery dissection. |
