| 摘 要： | 测定了103名先天性心血管病患者的STI,心内分流和心外分流者不同。动脉导管未闭(PDA)者的STI,其异常程度不象房、室缺(ASD,VSD)大,这可能与分流水平,分流量大小及分流持续时间等造成的病理改变有关。在修补术后,房、室缺患者的PEP/LVET及ICT/LVET比值减小;而动脉导管未闭患者则增加,这反映了PDA的后负荷在术后增大。另外,PEP/LVET和QP/QS呈正相关,心内分流量越大,PEP/LVET比值就越大。根据PEP/LVET比值,可以粗略估计心内分流量的大小。

| Abstract: | The systolic time intervals(STI)were measured in 103 patients with congenital car diovascular diseases.The characteristic changes of cardiac performance reflected by STI in extracardiac shunt was different from that in intercardiac shunt.The STI in patients with Patent Ductus Arteriosus(PDA)is not so abnormal as those of Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) and Ventricular Septal Defect(VSD).It suggests that the alterations of STI may be related to the pathological changes caused by the location,the magnitude and the period of shunt.After repairing the defect,the ratios of PEP/LVET and ICT/LVET in ASD and VSD decreased,those of PDA increased.In addition,our study also showed that there is a significant positive correlation between Qp/Qs and PEP/LVET.The larger the magnitude of the intracardiac shunting,the greater is the absolute values of PEP/LVET.According to the values of PEP/LVET,the magnitude from left to right intracardiac shunting may be estimated. |
