| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨温开水漱口在腭裂术后切口愈合的临床价值.方法:对58例腭裂患儿术后用温开水漱口的护理,保持口腔清洁.结果:58例切口Ⅰ期愈合,未发生出血感染、穿孔、复裂及并发症.结论:用温开水漱口具有不增加痛苦、利于切口愈合的良好效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the clinical value of lukewarm boiled water postoperative wound healing. Methods 58 patients were guided to gargle with ludewarm boiled water to keep the mouth clean after operation of cleft palate. Results All the wounds healed primarily without complications of infection,delayed bleeding,perforation and re-rupture. Conclusion Gargling with lukewarm boiled water is helpful for lessening pain, reducing costs and healing wounds. |
