绩效考核在护理管理中的应用效果评价

摘    要:目的探讨绩效考核在护理管理中的应用效果。方法根据护理岗位制定绩效考核标准,做到人人参与管理,通过护理部、护士长考核,并进行反馈。结果2006年与2007年护理工作、服务质量进行比较,护理质量、护理差错、患者满意度、带教满意度,分别经χ^2检验,t检验,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义,实施绩效考核后比实施前护理服务质量提高。结论通过实施绩效考核提高护理人员业务水平,提高护理质量和患者满意度,进一步提升医院的整体形象。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the performance evaluation in nursing management in the application results. Method According to nursing posts to develop performance assessment standards and everyone to participate in the management, through the Department of Nursing, a nurse assessment, and feedback. Results The 2006 and 2007 care, the quality of service compared quality of care, nursing errors, patient satisfaction, with the satisfaction,respectively χ^2 test, t test, P 〈 0.01, there were significant differences in the performance appraisal after than before the implementation of care quality. Conclusion Through the implementation of improved performance appraisal nurses business levels, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, further enhance the overall image of the hospital.
