N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖对应激小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的调节作用

摘    要:目的 探讨N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖(N-Acetyl-D-glucosamine,GlcNAc)对应激小鼠模型腹腔巨噬细胞(peritonealmacrophage,PMψ)吞噬功能的调节作用.方法 以足底电刺激法复制应激小鼠模型,将50只小鼠分为正常对照组、应激模型组、低剂量GlcNAc治疗组、中剂量GlcNAc治疗组和高剂量GlcNAc治疗组,每组10只.采用酵母吞噬法检测PMψ吞噬功能,MTT法检测PMψ能量代谢水平,使用原子力显微镜观察PMψ吞噬酵母的情况.结果 与正常对照组相比,应激模型组PMψ吞噬功能明显下降(P<0.01),能最代谢水平明显下降(P<0.01),而中剂量和高剂量GlcNAc能有效提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能和调节细胞活性.结论 GlcNAc可促进应激小鼠PMψ的吞噬而改善免疫功能.
