人参皂苷Rg1对脑挫伤后大鼠脑内胰岛素样生长因子1表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg1对脑组织挫伤后大鼠脑中胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin—like growth factor-1,IGF-1)表达的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠26只,分为正常对照组(2只),脑挫伤模型组(8只)及人参皂苷Rg1治疗组(16只),在损伤后不同时间点(损伤后6h、12h、2d及6d)分别处死大鼠,使用免疫组化方法观察并检测脑中IGF-1的表达。结果:与对照组相比,脑挫伤模型组损伤后各时间点脑组织中IGF-1的表达有所升高(P〈0.05);与模型组比较,人参皂苷Rg1治疗组IGF-1的表达明显升高(P%0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Rg1可能通过促进脑挫伤后脑组织IGF-1的表达,促进脑组织的功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 on the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in the brain of rats after the experimental brain contusion.dz Methods: A total of twenty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n=2), untreated group (n=8) and ginsenoside Rg1 group (n=16). Brain injuries were induced in rats by a mechanical striking device. The brain tissues were extracted at different times after brain injury (6th hour, 12th hour, 2nd day, 6th day), then the expression of IGF-1 in brain tissue was examined by immunohistochemical method.dz Results: In comparison with the normal control group, the expression of IGF-1 in the brain tissues was increased in the untreated group after the brain contusion (P<0.05). The expression of IGF-1 in brain tissues in ginsenoside Rg1 group was significantly increased as compared with the untreated group (P<0.05).dz Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rg1 enhances the recovery of the contused brain through increasing the expression of IGF-1.
