| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究大剂量米非司酮口服对子宫肌瘤雌、孕激素受体的影响。方法 :对 18例临床诊断为子宫肌瘤、有手术指征的患者口服大剂量米非司酮 10 0mg/d ,共 5天 ,第 6天手术。选择临床情况相似的子宫肌瘤患者 18例作为对照组。用雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)单克隆抗体免疫组织化学法检测子宫肌瘤中ER、PR水平。结果 :服药组子宫肌瘤中ER、PR明显低于对照组P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :米非司酮可明显降低子宫肌瘤组织中ER、PR水平。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of oral high dose mifepristone on estrogen receptors (ER) and progestin receptors (PR) in human uterine leiomyomas.Methods:18 patients with uterine leiomyomas who had surgical indications received 100 mg of mifepristone daily for 5days(study group).On the sixth day, these patients underwent operations. 18 patients of control group had matched age, size and position of leiomyomas. Leiomyomas were obtained for immunohistochemical ER and PR analyses using monoclonal antibodies. Results:ER and PR positive rates in uterine leiomyomas of study group were significantly lower than those of control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Mifepristone can significantly decrease ER and PR in uterine leiomyoma. |
