摘    要:目的:探讨多器官功能不全综合征(MODS)大鼠肠运动障碍的表现和大承气冲剂的治疗作用.方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、MODS模型组和中药治疗组,观察大鼠肠运动功能在MODS状态下和大承气冲剂治疗后的表现.结果:MODS组较对照组肠传输功能和肌电慢波频率、振幅均明显下降,大承气冲剂治疗组肠传输功能及肌电慢波频率和振幅较MODS组明显提高,肠运动功能加强.治疗组的死亡率明显低于MODS组.结论:肠运动障碍可促发MODS,大承气冲剂从多方面、多角度改善肠运动障碍,促进肠蠕动,有效地防治MODS.

Abstract:Objective To study the mechanism of intestinal motility dysfunction caused by MODS and the therapeutic effect of Dachengqi granules Methods Seventy Wistar rats were divied into three groups randomly,the control group,the MODS group and the group treated with Dachengqi granules.The intestinal motor function in MODS and after Dachengqi granules therapy were investigated.Results The intestinal transmission function in the MODS group was decreased.The frequency and the amplitude of slow wave in electromyography of intestine were less than those of the control group.The frequency and the amplitude of slow wave of the group treated with Dachengqi granules were higher than those of the MODS group,and the intestinal transmission function was increased.The mortality rate of the treatment group was lower than in the MODS group. Conclusion The MODS was emitted by intestinal motility dysfunction.Dachengqi granules improved the intestinal motility dysfunction in many wasys.The herbal medicine accelerated vermiculation and reduced mortality rate,hence was obviously effective in the prophylaxis and treatment of MODS.
