摘    要:目的了解2007年无锡地区流感流行的特点,探讨流感优势株的变化,进一步加强监测工作,为做好流感预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对采集的流感病例标本用MDCK细胞、0.75%的人“O”型红细胞作微量血凝试验(HA),血凝抑制试验(HI)进行流感病毒培养、分离、鉴定。结果2007年度共做流感样病例标本650份,分离出流感病毒122株,平均分离率为18.77%。最高月份为42.11%,分离的病毒型别为甲1型3株,时空分布在冬春季;甲3型55株,冬春季和夏季各占1/2;B型Victoria系6株,分布在冬春季;B型Yamagata系58株,主要分布在夏季。结论甲(H3N2)亚型和B型Yamagata系为无锡市2007年流行优势株,需加强防范该毒株引起的暴发流行。

Abstract: Objective] To study the epidemic features of influenza in Wuxi in 2007, discuss the change of predominant stratus ot influenza and enhance influenza surveillance so as to provide scientific evidence for control and prevention of influenza. Methods] All collected specimens were conducted hemagglutinin ( HA ) with the 0.75% blood type of "O" and MDCK cell, and culture, isolation and detection by using the hemagglutinin inhibition test (HI ). Results ] A total of 650 specimens of influenza-like were test- ed, 122 flu virus strains were isolated, the isolation rate was 18.77%, and the highest monthly rate was 42.11%. 3 strains of HIN1 dispersed in winter and spring; 55 strains of H3N2 were collected half in winter and spring, and half in summer; and 6 strains of Victoria flu virus sub-type B were detected in winter and spring; 58 strains of Yamagata flu virus sub-type B were collected in sum- mer. Conclusion] The predominant stains of influenza were A subtype H3N2 and Yamagata flu virus sub-type B in Wuxi in 2007, it is necessary to enhance the precaution of the outbreak of these strains
