全身炎症反应综合征辨治浅析——附366例临床分析

目的探讨全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）的中医学病机及治疗对策。方法对366例小儿SIRS进行辨证分型，并在治疗时按病种各自随机分为两组，对照组采用西医治疗，治疗组采用中西医结合治疗；观察两组体温和白细胞计数恢复正常的时间。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论SIRS属于中医某些证的范畴，根据八纲辨证原则分实热证、虚热证、气阴虚证、真热假寒证及阴阳衰竭证五大证类，分别施治可简化诊断与治疗。

The Analyze on Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome Diagnosed and Cured by TCM

Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis of TCM of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and the treatment strategy.Methods: The syndrome types of 366 cases with Pedo-SIRS were distinguish by debate, and two groups were divided by determination of treatment based in various kinds disease, Those in one (the controlled group) was cured with western medicine and the others were cured with the Therapy of Combined TCM and WM(the treatment group). To observe the time of recovery normal of body temperature and leukocyte.Results: The effect of the treatment group ovas beffer than of the controlled group.Conclusion: SIRS belong to the category of certain syndromes of TCM. They are divided to five syndromes including Excess-Heat, Deficiency-Heat, Deficiency Qi and Yin, Real Heat Syndrome with Feint-Cold Symptoms, Yin Yang Depletion Syndrome according to Einht-principles-differentiation. The diagnosis and treatment are simplified through which the five syndromes are cured separately.
