摘    要:食品卫生监督与管理大致经历了 4个阶段。从一般性的卫生检查迈入程序化、规范化、法制化监督管理的轨道 ,对保护人民健康 ,促进经济发展作出了很大贡献。随着国民经济的快速发展及加入世贸组织与国际接轨的需要 ,食品卫生将面临着两大问题 ,一是食品卫生监督执法中的人员、经费、设备缺乏及全社会及食品生产经营者的法制水平参差不齐 ;二是针对近年来世界范围内出现的重大食品卫生安全事件 ,损害人民健康的问题以新的形式表现 ,在这种新形势下 ,食品卫生监督工作如何适应变化 ,找到新的生存和发展的机遇与空间

Abstract:According to reporting data from 1995 to 2001, the food hygiene situation has been improved in Anhui province. However, now the food hygiene situation not only will be faced with old problems, such as short of staff, funds and equipment in the food health supervision, lack of aware of food hygiene Law in the masses, but also will be faced new problem, such as serious food safety event, new food-borne disease. Under new circumstances, food health supervision is how to adapt this change, how to widen thoughts and find out development opportunity and space.
