| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种测定保健食品中柚皮苷的检测技术.方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,操作条件ZORBAX ODS 4.6mmi.d×250mm色谱柱,柱温为40℃,甲醇水(pH=3.0)=5050(VV)为流动相,流速为1.000ml/min,检测波长为282nm.结果工作曲线的线性范围0～80.0μg/ml,线性回归方程Y=641.75 x+629.10,相关系数R=0.9998,回收率94.0%～104%,RSD(n=6)1.53%.结论所建立的检测方法准确、可靠,可应用于检测保健食品中的柚皮苷.
