摘    要:目的为了科学有效地控制青岛市的蟑螂密度。方法采用询问法、药激法、粘捕法调查蟑螂的侵害率和密度;采用药膜法监测德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性;采用熏蒸、滞留喷洒、热烟雾、毒饵和胶饵等方法,进行蟑螂杀灭效果研究。结果青岛市德国小蠊构成比由1998年的12.85%上升到2009年的100%,其对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗性系数从2001年至2009年大幅下降,对残杀威、乙酰甲胺磷、敌敌畏等几乎没有抗药性;采用单纯滞留喷洒法、滞留喷洒加热烟雾机喷烟法、滞留喷洒加"旋风2000"熏蒸灭蟑法,近期酒店业杀灭率达95%以上,但2个月左右蟑螂密度回升,采用综合卫生清理加灭蟑胶饵和毒饵法灭蟑,蟑螂密度常年保持较低水平,用粘捕法几乎测不到蟑螂。结论充分了解城市蟑螂的侵害状况、孳生环境、抗药性状况,采用适宜的毒饵和毒胶能致局部蟑螂区域性灭绝。

Abstract:Objective To control the density of cockroach scientifically in Qingdao. Methods Using the question,drug irritation, night trapping method to investigate the inroads rate and density of cockroach;drug films to survey the drug resistance of cockroach;fumigation, detained sprinkling, hot smoke, poison bait and glue bait to kill and eradicate the cockroach. Results The constituent ratio of Blattella germanica ascended from 12. 85% of 1998 to 100% of 2009 in Qingdao;the resistance to cypermethrin and dehamethrin decreased from 2001 to 2009; there was almost no drug resistance to sunside, acetal-methylamine, DDVP; the recent killing rate in hotels could reach more than 95% when using the simple detained sprinkling or detained sprinkling and hot smoke or detained sprinkling and fumigation plus whirlwind 2000,but the density of cockroach rose again after about 2 months. The density of cockroach could maintain lower level throughout the year using the method of poison glue bait plus complement hygiene clean, which proved by night trapping. Conclusion The inroads status, breeding environment, drug resistance of cockroach are known in Qingdao city. Thus the part cockroach can be killed regionally when using appropriate poison bait and glue hail.
