| 摘 要： | 目的了解漯河和信阳2市德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性情况,指导科学、合理使用杀虫剂。方法药膜接触法。结果现场采集2个市的德国小蠊与敏感品系比较,对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和残杀威的抗性系数分别为2.34、2.73,7.48、13.45,1.72、1.84。其中,漯河市德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯已产生高抗性。结论漯河和信阳市的德国小蠊对残杀威敏感,对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯均产生一定程度的抗性。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the resistace status of Blattella germanica to common used insecticides,and provide scientific and reasonable evidence for its control.Methods Using membrane method.Results Blattella germanica was caught on the spot in Luohe and Xinyang city to compare with sensitive strain.The resistance coefficient to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and propoxur was 2.34,2.73;7.48,13.45;1.72,1.84 respectively.The resistnace of Blattella germanica to deltamethrin was on high level in Luohe city.Conclusion Blattella germanica is sensitive to propoxur in Luohe and Xinyang city.It also has a certain degree resistace to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin. |
