蚊蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性调查研究

摘    要:目的掌握淡色库蚊和家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法淡色库蚊采用浸泡法,家蝇采用微量点滴法。结果淡色库蚊对DDVP、马拉硫磷、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的LC50分别为10.48~18.58、0.41~1.10、9.00~14.50、11.10~35.20,都已产生了抗性,其中对菊酯类药物抗药性较高,抗性倍数最高的达到了35.20倍。家蝇对DDVP、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯的LD50分别是69.02~80.50、120.17~170.33、59.78~71.96、65.91~78.48,都已产生了抗性,其中对溴氰菊酯抗药性最高,抗性倍数达到了120.17~170.33倍。结论应高度重视蚊蝇对杀虫剂产生了抗药性。加强抗药性监测,合理地使用杀虫剂,预防或减缓蚊蝇对杀虫剂抗性的产生和发展。

Abstract:Objective To study the resistance of mosquito and fly to common used insecticides and provide scientific basis for using insecticides reasonably.Methods Immersion method for Culex pipiens pallens and topical application for Musca domestica.Results The LC50 of Culex pipiens pallens to DDVP,malathion,deltamethrin and cypermethrin were 10.48-18.58,0.41-1.10,9.00-14.50 and 11.10-35.20.It had resistance to these insecticides and had high resistance to pyrethroid insecticides.The highest resistance ratios was 35.20.The LD50 of Musca domestica to DDVP,deltamethrin,cypermethrin and permethrin were 69.02-80.50,120.17-170.33,59.78-71.96 and 65.91-78.48.It had the highest resistance to deltamethrin and the resistance ratios was 120.17-170.33. Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention to the resistance of mosquito and fly to insecticides.Further monitor,reasonable application of insecticide are necessary to prevent or slow down the spread of resistance level.
