木瓜籽提取物抗感染镇痛活性研究

摘    要:目的:研究木瓜籽乙醇提取物镇痛、抗感染的作用。方法:采用热板刺激法和醋酸刺激扭体法研究木瓜籽提取物的镇痛作用,采用木瓜籽提取物对醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成的抑制研究其抗感染作用。结果:木瓜籽提取物能明显延长小鼠的疼痛域值,抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成。结论:木瓜籽乙醇提取物有明显的镇痛、抗感染作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of seeds of Fructus Chaenomelis. Methods: Analgesia experiments employed hot-plate procedure and the torsion body induced by acetum method. Three animal model was used to study Anti-inflammatory experiments, including the mice pinna swelling induced by xylene, increased vascular permeability induced by histamine phosphate in mice and the rats proliferation of granuloma led by implanting cotton pellet was selected.Results:seeds of Fructus Chaenomelis could improve the mice's pain threshold. It could significantly inhibit the inflammatory edema induced by various inflammatory agents and reduce the time of writhe induced by acetic acid in mice, too. Conclusion: seeds of Fructus Chaenomeli can release the pain, and significantly inhibit acute and chronic inflammatory,too.
