海军某部官兵医疗服务利用的多因素分析

目的了解影响某海军部队官兵门诊与住院服务利用的主要因素，积极推进海军部队卫生服务建设。方法采用分层整群随机抽样，共调查某海军部队官兵3700名，有效问卷3566份，有效率96．38％，利用Logistic回归模型进行分析。结果该部队官兵的两周患病就诊率是52．96％，门诊供药情况是影响门诊服务利用的最主要因素；年住院率为7．68％，文化程度、自感病轻、自我治疗等因素是影响住院服务利用的主要因素。结论该部队官兵医疗服务需要量大，但利用有待提高。建议开展有针对性的健康教育，使部队官兵增强自我保健意识。卫生管理机构应加大对基层重点保障部位的投入，更好满足基层官兵的医疗服务需要。

Multiple-factors analysis on the health service utilization of a certain navy corps

Objective To get a general idea of factors which affect the utilization of clinic and admission service in a certain navy corps.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was conducted, and a total of 3566 military members in some navy corps were sampled. The efficient rate was 96.38%. Survey data were analyzed by Logistic Model. Results The two week prevalence was 52.96%. The clinic drug was the main factor that affected the utilization of clinic service. The admission rate was 7.68%. The cultural degree,mild illness, and self-therapy were the main factors that affected the utilization of the admission service.Conclusions There was high health service need in the navy corps, while the utilization of which should be improved. More attention should be paid on the particular health education in order to raise the self-health consciousness of the military members. The health management institutions should enforce investment on important support parts of the military to meet the primary requirement of the military members.
