摘    要:目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与冠心病的相关性。方法:所有对象均经选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG)证实,其中稳定性心绞痛组24例,不稳定性心绞痛组42例,正常对照组30例,分析两组之间以及冠心病组患者冠脉病变程度与相应CRP水平的关系。结果:CRP水平在对照组、稳定性心绞痛、不稳定性心绞痛组依次增高,不稳定性心绞痛组CRP水平显著高于对照组、稳定性心绞痛组(P均<0.01)。在冠心病组中,单支病变组、双支病变组以及三支病变组中CRP水平也依次增高(P<0.01)。结论:CRP水平与冠脉病变程度密切相关,对冠心病的病变程度具有预测价值。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between C-reactive protein (CRP) level and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods:The serum C-reactive protein (CRP) levels were tested in 96 cases underwent coronary angiography (CAG). Coronary heart disease was present in 66 patients and absent in 30 cases as normal control group. The CRP level of the two groups and its relationship with CHD were analyzed. Results: The CRP levels in the unstable angina group were significantly higher than those of normal control group and stable angina group (P<0. 01 all). In the coronary heart disease group, the CRP level of 2 - vessel-diease group and 3 -vessel-disease group were increased progressively (P<0. 01). Conclusion:CRP level is closely associated with heart disease, and may be the predictor factor of patients condition in coronary heart disease.
