颈阔肌皮瓣修复颈部食管狭窄及重建颈段食管(介绍一种新的手术方法)

本文报告了颈阔肌皮瓣重建颈段食管全围性缺损及修复颈段食管狭窄的手术方法及效果，16例颈段食管狭窄采用了单侧颈阔颈阔肌皮瓣修补，狭窄的长度约3．5～4．5cm，13例下咽癌于全咽、全喉及颈段食管切除后采用双侧颈阔肌皮瓣重建颈部食管、所有皮瓣存活，术后无严重并发症及死亡，所有病人均能进普食，用颈阔肌皮瓣重建颈部食管或修复颈部食管狭窄创伤小，能一期完成手术和术后效果优良。作者推荐作为一种新的手术方法用于临床。

Reconstruction of Circumferential Defect or Repair of Stricture of Cervical Esophagus Usinq Platysma Myocutaneous Flaps (Clinical application of a new method)

This paper presents the operative method and effects using platysma myocutaneous flaps(PMF)for the reconstruction of circumferential defect or repair of sticture of the cervical esophagus. Sixteen patients with stricture of the cervical esophagus were repaired by PMF of one side. The lengths of stricture were about 3. 5-4. 6cm, Thirteen cases of hypopharyngeal carcinoma were reconstructed by PMF of toth sides after resection of total larynx, pharynx and cervical esophagus. all the flaps survived. There were not any serious complications and no death postoperatively. All patients were able to take solid foods with comfort. PMF is flat, thin, plenty of blood supply and convenient for transference in the neck. The advantages or repairing stricture of reconstructing the defect of cervical csophagus with this kind of myotutaneous flap are that the operative wound is small,the procedure can be completed in single-stage and the postoperative results are satisfactory. The authors recommend to apply this method as a new type of opcration in the clinic.
