围绝经期综合征中医病位证素的临床研究

探讨围绝经期综合征病位证素特征和脏腑病理特点。选择200例围绝经期综合征患者为对象,20例同龄健康妇女作为对照,采用病理积分、分级方法。结果:围绝经期综合征证型分布频数依次为阴虚阳亢证、肝郁气滞证、阴阳两虚证(P<0.01);各证型组肾病证素积分及分级均显著高于对照组,其中阴阳两虚组积分最高(P<0.01);各证型组肝病证素积分及分级均显著高于对照组,其中肝郁气滞组积分最高(P<0.01)。结论:肾虚是围绝经期综合征的病理基础;肝郁是其病理变化的重要环节;采用证素积分及分级的方法能较好反映围绝经期妇女“亚健康”的中医病理特点和围绝经期综合症的证候规律。

Clinical Study on TCM Syndrome Elements of Disease Location in Perimenopausal Syndrome

To study the characteristics of the syndrome elements of disease location and pathology of Zang-Fu organs in perimenopausal syndrome.200 patients were selected and 20 healthy women as control.The methods of syndrome elements differentiation were used.The results showed that the frequency of syndromes distribution in perimenopausal syndrome were Yin deficiency and Yang excess,liver Qi depression,Yin-yang deficiency in order(P<0.01).The integral and the grade of kidney syndrome element in each disease group was higher than those in control group,in which the group of Yin-yang deficiency was the highest(P<0.01).The integral and the grade of liver syndrome elements in each disease group were higher than those in control group,in which the group of liver Qi depression was the highest(P<0.01).Conclusion: The kidney deficiency is the pathological basis of perimenopausal syndrome,and the liver depression is the important link of the pathological changes.The methods of integral and the grade of syndrome elements can reflect the characteristics of TCM pathology and the rule of the syndrome in the sub-health state of perimenopausal syndrome.
