青心酮在体内及红细胞内的分布

摘    要:本文用~3H-青心酮注入小鼠体内观察其在体内分布,发现注入10分钟后在各脏器及血内含量最高,以后逐渐降低,其中以心及脑含量最多;同时测定了青心酮与红细胞膜的结合情况,结果表明青心酮与膜有结合,特别是与膜质结合较多,与血红蛋白无结合。

Abstract:The mice was fed with 3H-dihydroxyacetophenone and the distribution of dihydroxy-acetophenone in mice was studied. It was found that dihydroxyacetophenone reached the peak in liver, brain, heart, lung and blood in ten minutes after dihydroxyacetophenone was fed and then decreased gradually. Dihydroxyacetophenone could bind with membrane phospholipids and proteins of human erythrocytes,but was not bound to hemoglobin.
