| 摘 要： | 目的观察血管吻合器临床应用效果。方法收集1239例血管吻合器的应用病冽，其诊断分别为：血管外伤、枪伤、断肢、人造血管内瘘、血管病等。随访是长时间为17年，最短3个月。结果1239例病人应用血管吻合器吻合的血管全部成功。结论用血管吻合器吻合血管通畅率高，吻合速度快，可缩短损伤肢体或脏器的缺血时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood anastomat (BVA) on the ed anaseds. Methods Anastomoses in 1239 cases with broken blood vessels, caused by gun wound, vessel trauma, sevred limb, blood vessel fistula, vascular disease, and various pedicled flaps were successfully performed with BVA. All the cases were followed up from 3 months to 7 years. Results The anastomoses of injured blood vsals with BVA in 1239 as wer successful . Conclusion BVA is characted by high successful rate, fast anastomosis , transient ischemic time for injured limbe or organs. |
